ORDERS

How can I track my order? 

Log into your account by clicking on 'Log in' located on the top right corner of our site to check order status and details.

OR

Click on the tracking number link that is included in the shipping confirmation email you received. 

I did not receive a confirmation email for the order I placed. 

If a confirmation is not received with a few hours of placing your order, the email was most likely inputted incorrectly. Please contact Customer Service via our 'Contact Us' link on the bottom of the page to update your information. 

My order status shows delivered but I did not receive it. What now? 

Once tracking numbers confirm delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact your local postal service location for assistance in filing a claim.

Why haven't I received any updates on my order?

This occurs when your order was flagged and more information is needed from you. In this case, we will contact you to obtain what is needed, in order to process and proceed with your order. If we are unable to reach you after 7 days, we will cancel your order. 

How can I make changes or cancel my order?

After your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. You can return the item once it is received as long as it does not conflict with our Return Policy.

What do I do if my item is damaged? 

If your item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for instructions to return item. If we are not contacted within this time frame, unfortunately we cannot accept a return. 

The item I want is out of stock. What now? 

We restock popular items frequently. To receive a notification, click on the 'EMAIL ME WHEN AVAILABLE" button on the left hand side. As soon as the item is back in stock you will be notified via email. 

 

SHIPPING

How long does shipment take? 

All orders leave our facility within 1-2 business days (not including holidays) and are processed with the shipment method you selected at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

How much is shipping?

Depending on your desired shipping method, costs will automatically be calculated during checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard shipping for U.S. orders.

 

RETURNS

What is the return policy?

Please read our 'Refund Policy' on the bottom of our site regarding our terms.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return arrives at our facility, it takes between 2-5 days to process. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return. We suggest you obtain a tracking number with your return for your records.
