GIFT CARD/ E-GIFT CARD POLICY

Luxe Appeal Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be purchased in any denomination from $20.00 to $100.00. Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online through www.ShopLuxeAppeal.com.

Purchases will be deducted from the card value until the balance reaches zero. Gift cards or E-Gift Cards may not be returned, applied to previous purchases, or used to purchase additional Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are final sale items and thus cannot be returned for refund or exchange. Lost or stolen Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards cannot be replaced.

If fraud is suspected, Luxe Appeal reserves the right to deactivate, cancel, suspend or refuse replacement of any Gift Card or E-Gift Card that are used in a manner inconsistent with our policies and terms of use. Luxe Appeal has no liability to you for any third party fraud or unlawful activity associates with any Gift Card or E-Gift Card balance. Fradulent activity includes but is not limited to unauthorized use, unlawful use, theft, or false representation of Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards.

FAQ

How do I use my Gift Card or E-Gift Card online?

At checkout, enter the card number shown on the front of the card. If your Gift Card or E-Gift Card balance does not cover the total cost of your order, you must use include another form of payment to cover the cost of the balance.

If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your Gift Card or E-Gift Card, any used balance will remain on the on the card.

How do I check the balance of my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

Can lost or stolen Gift Cards be replaced?

You must safeguard your Gift Card or E-Gift Card for your own protection. Luxe Appeal may replace a Gift Card or E-Gift Card for the remaining balance at the time that a card is reported as damaged, lost or stolen as long as we are provided with the original proof of purchase.

What if someone makes a copy of my Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

You must safeguard your Gift Card or E-Gift Card for your own protection.

If someone makes a copy or your Gift Card or E-Gift Cared and redeems it for the full amount, your card will have no value. If someone redeems your Gift Card or E-Gift Card for a partial amount, Luxe Appeal will not replace the amount that was used.

If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Gift Card or E-Gift Card, please contact our Customer Service Department or send an email to info@shopluxeappeal.com to disable the initial Gift Card or E-Gift Card.

Are there any fees associated with the purchase of Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards?

You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card or E-Gift Card. Luxe Appeal will not impose maintenance or processing fees.

Can I change the value of a Gift Card or E-Gift Card after I have purchased it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the value amount of a Gift Card or E-Gift Card once it has been purchased.

Can I return an item I purchased with a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?

Keep your Gift Card or E-Gift Card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards in accordance with our Return Policy.

The Gift Card or E-Gift Card used will be credited for the total amount paid for the returned items, minus the original shipping charges.
