Eligible items may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return.

  • Bodysuits
  • Jewelry
  • Swimsuits
  • Undergarments
  • Sale items 

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to receive a credit. if we are not contacted with this time frame we will not accept the refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed (free from stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume) 
  • Have all LUXE APPEAL tags attached.

- Please print and fill out this Return Slip (Make sure you provide your order number or it may delay you return process).

- Pack your item(s) securely in its original packaging if possible.

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

*Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned package and a refund will be issued in the method of payment used. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing.

We reserve the right to not provide a refund, if you return items that are outside the terms of our return policy.
